Gentalmen, you worked hard all season and we had great success by the end of the season. Now, we are in the getting ready for the new season and I don't want to see you loose ground on where you were. I have made an off-season workout schedule to keep your core fit. This should keep you from dying the first couple of weeks of practice, like you did last year.
