Regular Season 2012 Spring

The 2012 Spring Champion Seahawks are changing their name in 2013

Our new team Name will be the Blue Devils.

The reason for the change is the league wants to avoid duplicate names to prevent confusion. Spring is right around the corner don't forget to sign up early to secure your spot

2012 SPRING BOWLS JUNIOR DIVISION CHAMPIONS 8-0

Seahawks 46 - Jaguars 0

When the clouds parted on Saturday over Trail winds park it was so the football gods could watch the Junior Championship game. The undefeated  Seahawks boys came out to prove that they were as good as there record and the did. The Defense refused  to allow the Jaguars a single 1st down with their brusing defense and the Offense did what the do they scored and scored often. It was a great team effort and the perfect way to end the season and become SPRING BOWL CHAMPS!!!!

Seahawks 49 Titans 0

In what was the Seahawks most balanced attack ever 13 rushes for 110 yards 3 rushing TD's and 11 passes for 71 yards and 2 passing TD's. Add to that 1 kickoff return for a TD and 1 inteerception returned for a TD and it was possibly the best game of the year so far.

The offense was lead by the Offensive line Crunch, Jose, Cameron, Country, Hawk, Taylos and Wah. Who only allowed 1 play for a loss the entire game. They protected the QB on passing plays and they opened gaping holes for the runningbacks on rushing plays. Yes they have been doing it all year, but this week they did it without their starting left tackle and their starting left tight end. They also had to play ironman football and play almost every defensive play too, and in the true spirit of linemen they never complained or let up

On the Defensive side of the ball Hammer 8 tackles stepped up to fill the shoes of the missing players and was followed by El toro, Skully and Taylor each with 7 tackles and for the 2nd game in a row Blue intercepted a pass and ran it back for a touchdown

For the 4th week in a in a row we had a kick off returned for a TD this week it was Skully

Spring Bowl were coming !!!!!!

On the

Seahawks 44 Giants 15

In a brutal game between 2 long time rivals the Seahawks struggled in the 1st quarter, But after 2 special teams scores a kickoff return and a punt return both by Skully,  they relaxed and started to play seahawks football. The Seahawks answered the Giants 2nd score with a 33 yd TD run by Blue and finally the defense took control. In the 3rd and 4th  Quarter Skully threw 2 TD passes to Taylor

On the defensive side Bear (8) and Monster(7) and Taylor(7) lead the defense and Blue picked off a Giants pass for the pick 6

This was the best thing that could have happened to the Seahawks before entering the playoffs. They were behind for the 1st time they failed to score an offensive TD in the 1st quarter they overcame 11 penalties and most importantly they didn't turn on each other. Instead they united dug in and WON

PLAYOFF HERE WE COME !!!!!!!

Seahawks 30 Cardinals 0

The Seahawks offense was firing on all cylinders Saturday with Hammer scoring 2 TD's and Blue and Taylor each with 1.

The defense only had 5 plays all for losses before the Cardinals had to call the game due to injuries on the 26th play of the game. Hopefully their boys will be ok for next weeks game

Seahawks 44 Titans 0

The Seahawks locked up a playoff spot Saturday with the big win over the Titans

The Seahawks Defense was at its best Saturday not allowing a single 1st down for the second game in a row. Gang tackling was the name of the game with Monster Hammer and Bear leading the team with 8 tackles each. The bruising defense never let the Titans past the 30 yardline which gave the offense a short trip to the endzone everytime

On the offensive side Taylor led the running backs with 3 TD's and Skully Warren and Hammer also had 1 each Running back Blue opened the game with a 73 yrd kickoff return for a TD but had no other carries

Seahawks 48 - Redskins 0

The Seahawks boys were at the top of their game in another big win Saturday.  With the offensive line opening hugh holes for the speedy running backs and providing great protection on the passing plays.  The Seahawks scored on all but 1 drive. 6 Seahawks were able to fine the endzone Skully , Blue, Hammer, Taylor, Bear, Wah, and Skully and Wah each threw for a  TD's

But again it was the stellar play of the Defense which pitched another shutout and not allowing a single 1st down. The swarming defense was led by Middle linebacker/ fullback El Toro who had a hugh game with 6 tackles.  Followed by Monster, Country and Bear all with 5 tackles.

The Seahawks are now 3-0 and currently in 1st place in the division Great job Seahawks

Seahawks 48- Redskins 0
