Run 40yd. Suicide Drill
  • Tuesday, 12:00pm MDT  
  • 1. Begin from the starting line and sprint 10 yds., planting and without stopping turning and sprinting back to the starting spot.

    2. Turn from the starting position and sprint past the 10yd line to the 20 yd line, again changing direction quickly and returning to the start position.

    3. Repeat the process until you get 40 yd. line. Then change direction and return to the starting line.

    4. Catch your breath with a short rest and repeat Steps 1 through 3 for a total of 5 reps.
