2. Turn from the starting position and sprint past the 10yd line to the 20 yd line, again changing direction quickly and returning to the start position.
3. Repeat the process until you get 40 yd. line. Then change direction and return to the starting line.
4. Catch your breath with a short rest and repeat Steps 1 through 3 for a total of 5 reps.
