You all worked really hard to get to the Turkey Bowl last year. Don't let all that work go to waste. Try to stay active this off season. I would suggest a cardio and strength training program. It's very simple and wouldn't take much. Alternate days, one day your running, the next day your doing things like push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, or even burpees! ( I know how much you loved them!)
Start now, because the season will be here before you know it! The sooner you start the more prepared you will be for that hill!
